No. Arogya Sathi is a health discount membership. You pay a small annual fee and get member rates at our partner network — there are no claims, waiting periods or pre-existing exclusions.
How fast is the card activated?

Where can I use the card?
At any authorised partner hospital, diagnostic lab, pharmacy or wellness centre listed on our Centres page. New partners are added every month.
Can I add my family?
Yes. Each card supports add-ons for family members up to the card's limit. They get the same member benefits across the network.
Are pre-existing conditions covered?
Yes. Since this is a discount membership and not insurance, every member gets the same rates regardless of medical history or age.
